Everything should be balanced in our life. In case of exercises and fitness or health there must be balance in all respects. Balance like:
Control the level of hunger:
If you are hungry right after exercising, eat a high-fiber, low-calorie snack such as a box of raisins, carrot sticks or an apple. If you're hungry an hour or two after working out, respond to that hunger, but be careful about overeating. By the time you're home after your workout, you will surely eat too much because you've gone seven or eight hours without food. Strategy: Fuel your exercise.
Balance between exercise and diet:
If you exercise for 2 or 3 hours daily and still gain fat then it means you are not aware of your diet. There must be a balance between your diet and workout otherwise it will be very difficult to get fit by just exercises.
Intensity regulation:
One must regulate the intensity of workout: means if somebody workout for 20 minutes daily and still gain weight then he/she should increase the time of workout from 20 minutes to 40 minutes.
Stress and rest:
One can never improve with without resting and stressing muscles. Stressing and resting of muscles should be balanced for this keep changing your stress and exercise routines. One can add something new instead of changing the routines completely.
